We currently only ship within the U.S. We hope to expand to other countries soon.

APPROXIMATE PROCESSING TIMES ARE BASED ON ORDER SIZE

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Wholesale and bulk orders may take longer.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, please remember that our processing times are estimates, and are subject to change.

We offer flat rate shipping of $6.95 per order via USPS Ground (excluding bulk/wholesale orders.)

You can upgrade to Priority mail before checking out.

Delivery times AFTER your order ships are estimated:

USPS Ground 3-5 days

USPS Priority 1-3 days

Please take our 1-3 business day processing times into account when choosing your preferred shipping method.

If you need to change your mailing address AFTER you place an order, please contact us as soon as possible with the correct address. If we have not shipped your item, we will change the address for you.

RETURNS, MISSING ITEMS & DAMAGES

Personalized items on non-refundable.

Returns for unused items are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit minus shipping charges.  

This window is extended to 30 days for purchases made between Black Friday and Christmas to account for holiday gift giving. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

All returns are store credit only.

Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to an order once it is picked up by the shipping carrier for final delivery. We recommend you file a claim with USPS, including all pertinent information and photos of the damaged item.

If your order tracks as delivered but is not received, please check around your mailbox, entrances, lockers, mailrooms, with household members and neighbors. Mail carriers may also track a package as delivered 2-3 days before a package actually delivers.

All orders will include a tracking number. Providing this number to your mail carrier will allow them to track your package for you.

Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the address provided with your order.
